Grievance redressal

How to raise a request

• Write to the Grievance Officer through the contact form or by post with your name, the mobile number or email you used on our website, and your request (access, correction, erasure, withdrawal of consent, or complaint).
• We will acknowledge your request within 24 hours and aim to resolve it within 15 days.
• If you are not satisfied with our response, you may approach the Data Protection Board of India once it is operational under the DPDP Act.
